While it is still fresh on my mind and I am still buzzing from the fun, I wanted to thank you.
You and your team did an exceptional job. I didn't have to worry about a single detail and you
anticipated everything that Eddie and I needed (even before it ocurred to us that we needed it).
It was the happiest day of my life so far and I know that your hard work made it much more enjoyable
for me. I know that there are many details that I never even had to consider for a moment - like
the red wine's disappearance (I had no idea my friends could drink that much wine!)

I owe everything to you for a spectacularly planned and orchestrated event! Your attention to detail,
the preparedness of you and your staff, the monitoring of every moment on saturday to make all go
smoothly, never overreacting to the 1 minute prior arrival of the mariachis! , the calming of Leigh,
the ability to get those lights down and out for the MOB, ordering mas vino(all of our pals were the
consumers, I fear) down to finding the lost earring, and packing food for Leigh and Eddie in the limo...
we relished every moment and have you to thank for a beautiful, flawless event that you and the bride
planned. Leigh told us sunday am that it was the happiest day of her life, and she knew there were more

In your last note to us you indicated that the end of our wedding was bittersweet because on one hand, you
were glad the event was so successful, but that you were also a bit sad not to be working with us any longer.
That note entirely sums up what you and Platinum Weddings & Events are all about- true concern and commitment,
not only to the event itself, but to the people involved. We have never been so impressed with someone we
hired for anything else before as we are with you. You gave us so much of your energy and time over the
course of a year in order to make our wedding everything we wanted it to be. You never strayed from your
upbeat and “can do” attitude and were always willing to listen to our concerns. Most importantly, you solved
any problem that arose in the planning process without a minutes hesitation-and often your solutions ended
up being better than we planned. It was also so wonderful to have piece of mind when it came to choosing our
vendors- knowing that you had confidence in them and stood behind their work. It certainly made the planning
process so much easier.
The wedding itself was so incredibly beautiful and elegant. In fact, we've had several people tell us that
it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. You and your staff made sure everything worked
like clockwork and made it all appear seamless while doing so.
Amy, you helped make the most important day in our lives a day we will always cherish. Thank you for the

In one word, describing Amy and her service…"WONDERFUL". There are simply not enough strong adjectives to explain how thrilled we were with Amy and her team. We had a very extensive wedding way out of town at our Ranch- 250 people coming mainly from Austin. We had LOTS Of extras for the 100 children we had at the wedding. She arranged everything form the Amy's Ice Cream, frozen lemonade (for our daughter), to the petting zoo, pony rides, horse drawn carriage, clowns, cozmo jumper and artist for cartoon pictures of the guests. We had flowers everywhere, handing candles from the trees, and lots of tents to manage. We had to bring in our own electricity and portable bathrooms (real bathrooms- not port a potties); they were air-conditioned complete with lighted mirrors and flowers. We had to have cooler fans, mobile refrigerators for ice and extra lights for the parking area as we started in the light and finished in the dark. She had to arrange for a stage, dance floor, extra food for our 20 attendants in the wedding, singer and keyboard not to mention the band, chairs for ceremony, tables and chairs for the dinner and catering-our ranch is about 50 miles from civilization. We had a party the night before that was for 60 people and was an entirely different theme- including different flowers, table clothes etc., she set it up and tore down to get ready for the big event the next day. We had 4 limos shuttling family back and forth Friday, Saturday and Saturday night. I really wanted to have frozen margaritas in addition to the other beverages and she made that happen. They were wonderful. The cakes were special. My husband's was a cowboy boot with our brand and mine was an exact replica of my cowgirl hat-and they were delicious.
I could go on and on.. But everyone that attended the wedding still talks about it as "The Wedding". It was an experience I will never forget. I have given many large parties and events in both my professional as well as personal life and I will say this exceeded every expectation. I am a Vice President at Dell and have very little extra time with a job and two small children. Amy took care of everything. She went out of her way to come to me and work around my schedule and we worked a lot out ion email. I told her what we wanted (right up to the last minute) and she just got it done. All we had to do was find clothes, get the marriage license and show up. She eve took care of dining someone to all of the girl's hair on site. 6 little girls and 4 ladies. They did our make up as well. It was a totally stress free and beautiful experience. Oh, I almost forgot, she even found our minister to marry us. She was absolutely wonderful and made the ceremony very moving and inspirational.
There is no doubt that you will be thrilled with Amy. I will definitely ask her to help us on future events. I know that with this kind of event that there should be something small that we could have done differently or could have gone better. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing that nay of us can remember that we would change. We feel strongly that we would never have pulled it off without Amy; she has a very special talent.
